This method will return all roles of tree.

This method will return roles for provided VGApplication.

This method will return roles for provided VGContextualGroup.

This method will return the roles for provided VGApplications and for provided contextual groups. Case1. If applications list is empty, and contextual group is provided, It will return roles for all applications with provided contextual groups. Case2. If contextual group is empty, and applications list is provided, It will return roles for provided applications with all contextual groups. Case3. If application list is provided, and contextual group is provided, It will return roles for provided applications and provided contextual groups.
